Mayoral Race and whatnot

Things have been a bit crazy for me lately. Midterms have required much more work than I anticipated, and they're just ending now. Starting next week I'll also be writing (much more proficiently I hope) at a new blog- www.unbossed.com It looks to be a great time.

I'm also working on several articles that I think you'll find particularly compelling. They're regarding women's issues and mental illness.

But, now for the talk of the town- or rather the un-talk of the town. Seems all is quiet on the mayoral front. I can't say I've heard, or seen, much from any of our mayoral candidates. One would think, that with such a short campaign season, that there would be more energy and enthusiasm. I've seen little bits of organizational buildup from Peduto and Lamb, but it seems half-assed at best. I can say I've been contacted several times from both campaigns- Lamb's has been in more personalized formats, which I like. Peduto just seems pleased with spamming my inbox.

My question is this- with a city in such poor condition and thousands of citizens waiting to hear what you've got to say, why are you saying nothing?

If this keeps up, expect hand delivered megaphones to all four of you!
